# What You Need:

→ Mango Base

01 - 2 cups frozen mango chunks
02 - 1/2 cup freshly squeezed lime juice
03 - 1/4 cup orange juice
04 - 2 tablespoons agave syrup or honey
05 - 1/2 cup cold water
06 - 1 cup ice cubes

→ Garnishes

07 - Lime wedges
08 - Coarse sea salt or Tajín seasoning
09 - Mango slices (optional)

# How To Make It:

01 - Rub a lime wedge around the rim of each serving glass and dip rims into coarse sea salt or Tajín seasoning to coat. Set aside.
02 - Add frozen mango chunks, freshly squeezed lime juice, orange juice, agave syrup or honey, cold water, and ice cubes to a blender.
03 - Blend on high power until the mixture becomes smooth and slushy. If the consistency is too thick, incrementally add cold water and blend again until desired texture is achieved.
04 - Taste the drink and add more agave syrup or honey as needed for preferred sweetness.
05 - Pour the blended mango mixture into the prepared glasses. Garnish each glass with lime wedges and optional mango slices. Serve immediately.

# Expert Tips:

01 -
  • You get the luscious taste of mango and lime without the alcohol, so everyone can join in.
  • The prep is simple and fast—just toss, blend, and sip, perfect when guests drop by unexpectedly.
02 -
  • Once I forgot to rim the glasses until after pouring—disaster! Always rim first, or the mocktail gets sticky everywhere.
  • Blending too long warms things up; pulse, then stop as soon as it turns icy and smooth for perfect texture.
03 -
  • Add ingredients to the blender in layers starting with liquids for easier blending.
  • Swirling a touch of Tajín into the mix gives an irresistible spicy zip.
